My Sourdough consists of white stoneground flour, filtered water and pink himalayan salt, with no preservatives.  Besides all the health benefits, I see sourdough as my teacher. All the late nights of baking taught me resilience, patience and shares the same attribute as coffee, in terms of bringing people together, over a meal, around a table.  In this day and age this to me is priceless.  By trade I am also an artist, and a sourdough artist as well.  Sourdough is also one of my art mediums and this is also one of the reasons I love sourdough, as I mentioned earlier, it is so diverse.  I am thankful to say that my sourdough journey has been a beautiful journey thus far, opening many doors in the food industry.
